How It All Began

Dago Vanilla Inc:
North America. Mauser Quality Director was approached by his countrymen Malagasy vanilla beans exporters to find customer for them in North America. They sent him 1,300kg for the first month after the meeting on WhatsApp. That is how Dago Vanilla Inc was started, in the backyard shed in BC. At this time, we do our extract from a plant in Wisconsin, USA.

Dago Vanilla Cooperative (DVC) is created and is located in Bemanevika represent over 89 growers and over 360 handlers, producing and handling Vanilla Beans and Cocoa on over 2,250 acres. Leanna is the creative force behind naturis, using her life long love for essential oils to intuitively create aromatherapy products for women who want to create more calm and mindful days.

Michael Houlden

Michael is the more technically minded side of the team. After studying his business degree, he pursued a career in logistics before the call for a more conscious life caused him to say goodbye to the traditional career ladder.

Tallulah Rose

Tallulah joined the team in 2014 but quickly moved up the ranks to become chief happiness officer, she prides herself on bringing joy into everyone’s day – including the postman – with tail wags, cuddles and kisses.
